A machine is any Mac, Linux box or cloud machine that runs jobs. Subscribe in the app after signing in with GitHub. See the pricing page.
Who pays
One subscription per GitHub account or organization that owns the repos. It covers all of that owner's repos, so personal and organization repos need one each. For an organization, an admin subscribes; then any member can add their machine.
Add or remove machines
Open Settings › Machines & billing in the app. Adding a machine costs $10/month, charged pro rata. Removing one gives a pro-rata credit. To move to a new Mac, remove the old one, then add the new one.
Cancel
Cancel anytime from Manage Subscription in the app. Refunds within 14 days of a charge: see the Terms. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
When the trial or plan ends
New runners stop with "Codemany Pro license required". Jobs already running still finish. Your license also keeps working for 7 days without internet.
Other costs
- Cloud machines are billed by your cloud provider, to your own account.
- GitHub may still charge for self-hosted runners on its side.
