self-hosted

Every runner GitHub doesn't host carries self-hosted. Put it first in runs-on so a job never lands on a GitHub-hosted machine by mistake. On its own it matches any self-hosted runner in the repository, including ones that aren't Codemany's, so pair it with codemany.
