# Troubleshooting

Most problems have a one-line fix. Start with the list below.

## Common problems

| Problem | Fix |
| --- | --- |
| A job stays **Queued** | Check `runs-on`. Every label must match, for example `[self-hosted, codemany]`. A typo keeps the job waiting. |
| Jobs wait a long time | All runners are busy. Jobs run when one frees up. To run more at once, [add a machine](https://codemany.com/docs/machines). |
| Jobs stop when the Mac sleeps | Keep a laptop plugged in, or use an external display when the lid is closed. Low Power Mode also lets it sleep. |
| "Codemany Pro license required" | Your trial or plan ended. Subscribe in the app ([Billing](https://codemany.com/docs/billing)). |
| GitHub disconnected | Sign in to GitHub again in the app. Running jobs keep going; new runners retry every 5 minutes. |
| "Low disk space" | Free up disk space. Each runner needs about 15 GB, and Codemany keeps 20 GB free for the system. |

## Check its health

In Terminal, run:

```
codemany doctor
```

It checks Codemany's background service, your license, GitHub and the runners, and says what is wrong. In the app, look under **Settings › Troubleshooting**.

## Send Feedback

Choose **Send Feedback…** in the Codemany menu bar menu. It works even when you are signed out or Codemany's background service is down. You can also message [@arpwal on X](https://x.com/arpwal).
